It is a town planning for the elderly which can set up a meeting place, walking path, plazas, vegetable gardens and share the familiar pleasures with friends and family.
We place the meeting place in the centre of the community and make it a facility for contact and exchanges by setting it as a public facility (such as a public bath ) using waste heat.
Dispersing the buildings within the premises will create walking paths and plazas which creates opportunities to interact with residents. The walking path is used for running and dog walks and it fulfils the function of loosely connecting each house. There is a plaza surrounded by walking paths, barbecue area and exercise area so residents' exchanges will be active. Also, private gardens that can be accessed through each dwelling unit can be run as vegetable gardens for family members.
I aimed for a new model of revitalizing the community with the power of local communities.
